“I went to AFC Urgent Care for my stomach issues. I made the appointment for myself and the online check in was very easy to navigate. My appointment was 9:30 am and was seen right away.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with my condition. They answer all my questions and concerns. The medical doctor was very professional and diagnosed me right away. She knows what’s going on with my stomach issues. She prescribed me some medicine and picked up from nearby CVS. I am very satisfied with my visit to this place. I highly recommend this place.“

“Despite arriving 20 minutes before closing time, I was still greeted and treated by a friendly staff. The young lady at the front desk didn't rush me in any way and also was kind enough to help me check in (rather than doing it online) without me having to ask because she could tell I was in pain. I also received much better care and attention from Jose (NP and Doctor in his home country) than my own primary care physician. He did a thorough exam and was genuinely concerned for my wellbeing. Although it was past 8:00 (closing time) and I'm sure everyone wanted to go home, he still offered to type up a referral for the Emergency Room I went to immediately afterwards. While waiting for him to finish I had asked for some water and the lady who had checked me in asked if I prefer cold or room temperature...small but meaningful gesture. It's frustrating to seek medical attention and feel rushed or like I am an annoyance to the staff and I did not experience any of that during my visit to CareNow Urgent Care.“

“I actually went to this office by mistake to see a physician who was affiliated with, but did not practice at this location. Instead of sending me away with a “wrong address,” they offered to help me and were able to quickly find the office where I needed to go. I would not have found it without their care. Many times I read about the poor service provided by physician office staff. I am happy to report that these friendly folks will go above and beyond to help out and make sure patients are cared for. Thanks to the very kind people who helped me!“
