I don't know how but there is minimal to no wait time every time I go in. Not only that they are fast and efficient with the processing. If you us HEB Pharmacy it's a slam dunk. In and out and off with your meds in about an hour.

Very fast , efficient and knowledgeable. Was diagnosed with the Flu. Gave me breathing treatments. Chest X-ray to rule out pneumonia. All necessary prescriptions and helped me find a pharmacy open at that hour. I will use them again if needed.

Our teenage son is nonverbal and has difficulty communicating when he is in pain or experiencing discomfort. The staff here has always been accommodating and patient. They have always listened and taken into account my instincts about what may be bothering my son. Their approach with him has taken into account his sensitivities as well. The location is very convenient and we've never had to wait which is a huge bonus.
