CareNow Urgent Care provides excellent medical care and customer service. The receptionist is very helpful and can assist patients promptly. Doctors, such as Dr. Odukoya, are great at explaining things clearly and show genuine care for their patients. The process is straightforward, and the staff is friendly. Patients can expect to be in and out in less than 20 minutes. The medical team takes a conservative approach to treatment and has excellent bedside manner, making patients feel comfortable and well-cared for. Customers have reported great experiences at CareNow Urgent Care. One patient had a smooth visit for a DOT physical, with the doctor being accommodating and providing multiple blood pressure checks before passing the patient. Another patient noted a short wait time and informative, attentive care, with the staff remembering their previous visit. Patients also praised the nurse practitioner and Dr. Odukoya for their kindness, care, and making them feel comfortable during their visit.
Despite arriving 20 minutes before closing time, I was still greeted and treated by a friendly staff. The young lady at the front desk didn't rush me in any way and also was kind enough to help me check in (rather than doing it online) without me having to ask because she could tell I was in pain. I also received much better care and attention from Jose (NP and Doctor in his home country) than my own primary care physician. He did a thorough exam and was genuinely concerned for my wellbeing. Very kind and professional atmosphere. The young lady that helped me today for my Employer Drug Screen, was very sweet and considerate of my time and others whom had walked in after me. I do recommend scheduling an appointment at your earliest convenience. The location was not busy at all for a Monday morning. Thanks again!
I had a great experience with this business. The team was efficient, professional, and completed everything in a timely manner without compromising quality. I especially appreciate that they are open on Saturdays, which makes scheduling much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and prompt service.
