What impressed me most was that he wasn't trying to sell us things we didn't need. He showed us what flooring could be saved, helped us pick out the new carpet, and then somehow got it delivered and installed incredibly fast.

He also went way beyond the flooring—fixing loose stonework that had become a trip hazard and repairing shower tile damaged during the foundation work. Incredible service and high-quality work. I can't recommend John enough!“
