“Bought a new house back in Oct, toilet downstairs started having issues flushing. Nothing different going in there, only normal waste and TP. Pressure just reduced and it was no longer flushing the contents and water fully. Called the builder since it's under warranty. Not a fan of the company they contract with for plumbing so decided to go it on my own. That's when I thought of my guy, Landen Platt. This dude is the truth, yall! He has helped us a few times in our previous home and did such excellent work that we've continued to request him when we call up Plumbing Outfitters. He's been available to come take care of our issues and today was no exception. We ended up replacing the faulty toilet and the master with a much better product (American Standard Cadet), same one we use at our rental home now.Everything about Landen's work ethic is quality. He's punctual, professional, communicates well, the bids and estimates are not outrageous (and he always provides 3 options). We are very much pleased with his continued service and will always call on him and Plumbing Outfitters for ALL of our plumbing needs.Seriously folks, if you need a great plumber, Landen Platt is your guy.
