I called one day & Don & Andy were there the next day to address my problem. Don communicated with me throughout the inspection, estimate & repair. He made sure I understood all possibilities. They were mindful of always securing the gate to keep my dogs safe.

Tommy and Dylan did one heck of a job! It was supposed to be a basic toilet install but when one toilet was pulled, it unveiled incompetence from the previous homeowner’s DIY job. They had to replace things and add things that had me think to ask them to look at the other toilet which again revealed problems, that seem small now but could’ve ended up to be big ones. They were here for hours and they gave us two working toilets, properly secured to the floor with no cracks or bolts missing and new flanges (whatever that is!). BSR Plumbing has earned my trust today.
