The plumber is a real nice man but claims to not do fridge lines any more. He sounds like a really nice guy but says the only work he does these days is sewer clean-outs. The plumber is aging to the point of being able to do only limited work. He has been called twice in the past six years.
This plumber was fantastic. I don't mean to be hyperbolic, but the last 24 hours have been so stressful. This company came through with speed, knowledge, and affordability. After I got assigned a technician, I got a text from Alex and Arturo. It was so convenient to be able to send pictures, video, and scheduling info through text while juggling the busyness of a typical day. These gentlemen were able to dig out the leak, explain the issue, carryout the fix, and cleanup in so much less time than I expected. These guys were so down-to-earth, polite, and accommodating.
