They laid my mom to rest last year in East Texas and it was a beautiful ceremony. We did not have an open casket, but some of the relatives asked if they could view her at the grave site. I gave my permission and it was not a problem. We walked away and a couple of relatives that went to view. My mom said that she looked beautiful. So in every way they did everything right and respectful of my mom. I really appreciate all that they did. They are a family owned funeral Home and have been in business for years. “My brother Chester Maze passed a couple of weeks ago. It was unexpected. Bill Clair Morturary went above and beyond! They were so compassionate and professional. I have a very large family and have been to many Memorials, however I must say that, I have never experienced service at such high level of care and professionalism as I did at my brother's funeral.
We had several large pictures and they went in the back and bought out beautiful easles and put each picture on an easle. They came in during the viewing and personally passed kleenex tissues, although they had boxes visible.
Throughout the whole process, and in our time of distress, they never missed a beat.
