I came to visit the military gravesite of a family friend who was killed in action many years ago. Although I had mapped out the cemetery sections in advance, the moment I arrived I realized I would never find the gravesite without hours of searching on foot. I returned to the office where the ladies at reception were exceptionally kind and helpful. Within about five minutes of providing our friend’s name, a gentleman came out and not only provided me with a detailed map, but also walked me through the nearby headstones and landmarks so I could easily locate our loved one.
