Funerals and weddings are 2 places where compassion, customer service, patience, insight, and professionalism are crucial! From the first time I called Troy B. Smith Professional Services to inquire about cost and services for my Mother's Celebration of Life, our funeral director, Thomas Dennis delivered all of these qualities. More importantly, the day of my Mother's service, of course emotions are high and a few challenges popped up, however Mr. Dennis stayed true to the aforementioned qualities. We just concluded my father's services today. I can honestly say from first call to final drop off Troy and his team treated us like their own family. Caring for, explaing and answering every question. My daddy looked like he was simply sleeping.
