“I have had to work with funeral homes in the past, unfortunately. But I have never had the experience I had with Cypress-Fairbanks Funeral Home. I immediately felt the warmth, compassion and family atmosphere. The other experiences I had was so cold and corporate and felt they wanted to nickel and dime you but not here. The experience was very comforting and everyone from Sarah to Christy made this very difficult time so easy. I hightly recommend this funeral home to anyone who finds themselves needing this service. They are not only extremely reasonable, but so incredibly caring and took care of every detail, remained in constant communication, handled the slideshow, everything. I so appreciate the entire staff and thank them from the bottom of my heart for being so kind and professional to our family.”
