I even found out they don't just help men but women as well. I made my appointment for next week regarding a cleanse of my liver and weight loss. I highly recommend them.

After the first company I had scheduled did not show up I called Koala insulation and the lady that answered was very friendly got my information and with 10 mins Andrew called we spoke and within a he he was at my shop giving me a very detailed explanation of how the quote breakdown is how they come up with the pricing and just the benefits of spray foam, we agreed on services he had his guys at my shop door at 6:30 am the next day and they did a amazing job definitely recommend using them you will not be disappointed

I get my hair done about once every month or so and absolutely love how she highlights/styles/takes care of my hair. I took my 12 year old son today and Olivia gave us exactly the style of haircut I requested (my son is particular). She was very good-natured and skilled. Everyone on the staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. It seems harder to find places that take walk-ins these days so that was also a nice perk to coming here. We'll be back!

Dahlia gave me a fabulous haircut, delightful conversation and good advice on hair products. Through her professional consultation I confidently tried a new style and I received numerous compliments! My first visit/cut here was today and I couldn't have asked for a better experience,I walked in as Mari was finishing with a customer and was welcomed immediately.As I waited I noticed a turntable with a modest collection of classic 60s r&b/soul favorites and some obscure Latino/Chicano soul albums too. Puro cultura. I was kindly obliged when I asked if I could play an album before climbing into the chair.Whaaaat? For reals..Mari was attentive to my style request and gave way more effort and detail to my cut than I expected. All while maintaining great conversation.I've had hundreds of barber cuts from highly experienced civilian snd military barbersI have to say that Mari may be the best barber I have ever used.Im glad to have found a solid barber and a shop with a great traditional atmosphere.Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tried this establishment as part of the search for a new barber after leaving my tried & true in Huntsville. It is a family-run business with at least 3 siblings and their mother taking care of hair and beards. I made an appointment with Danny and he was quick to send me a text with directions and confirmation of my time slot. Danny was friendly, easy going, and it was nice to talk to a long-time local about the area. A hair cut was only $25 and I added a beard trim for another $10. It is more than I wanted to spend, but I realize I've been spoiled by The Cajun Barber.
I came in looking like a bum straight off the streets of Austin. I booked an appointment and specifically requested for someone with a beard.. I was at first disappointed since I ended up with a barber without one. I think it's best to have a barber who knows beards. Hot toweled and straight razored and finished with a jack and Coke so you don't really give a fuck what it looks like afterwards lmao. I was going to give 4 stars, but the jack and coke elevated it to 5 stars.

I had a harrowing night on the square trying to form music for a crowd of drunken college morons no damn near mobbed me and my dog in Oblivion. Mario is the owner and he was sitting outside of a bar as I walked by. This man engaged and was kind to me and even let me use space inside of his shop to repair my equipment so that I can perform. He gave me an open door to come back and perform anytime I like. I love this business and the person that runs it. I've been shaving my head and pretty much balls since I was 19 years old so I don't know much about haircuts but I do know the character of people or honest and engaging and I surely do appreciate that this business exists and that has been there for so long it put some salve on a pretty difficult trip to San Marcos. If you're local here and you need your haircut regularly I would highly recommend you go in and see Mario and the crew

Traveling through Texas, needed Gel Nails. I called Lauren ( asked a billion questions) but she knew exactly what I wanted. She is so polite, professional and cares about what she is doing. This was my first time coming here for a pedicure, and I absolutely loved it. They had so many options of color that you can pick from. I usually already know what color I want, but when I saw all their options, I was amazed and had no idea which color I wanted to go for. The service was great and the man who did my pedicure was super nice. I had a bruise on my leg and he asked me if it’s still hurting which I really appreciated because it was right before the leg massage. I thought that was very thoughtful of him to ask. I think I found my new pedicure place! I really loved how he shaped my toe nails lol it’s been over 2 years since someone has shaped my toe nails the way I like them. Prices are super fair in my opinion!

My parents are used to getting pedicures regularly in another state so since they are moving to San Marcos I wanted one that will be close for them. Hot Nails and Spa exceeded our expectations! They were very nice, helpful( dad uses a walker) and sooo good! The salon was clean and with happy pleasant atmosphere. I’m very picky about pedicures, Bebe gave me a Hot stone pedicure that I will be certainly going back for. Needless to say my parents were pleased with both their pedicures and the prices so they will be repeating customers.

I have been coming to Sweet Chic for regular sugaring by Hillary for about 6 months now. Hillary is so sweet and comforting and does a fantastic job. I never get any ingrown hairs with her and she gives great recommendations on how to keep my skin healthy and exfoliated. For sugaring/waxing there is little to no pain. Im very grateful to have her in San Marcos!
Neil and Kelvon are always very helpful. Only place in SM that I found that carries Aveda products so I go here for facial products. If they don't have it they can order it. I already had a hair salon before coming here or I would've tried their services too.

Amazing experience! I've been terrified to get a tattoo because I had a bad experience at 18. Taylor did an amazing job, was very patient with me, and was in general just hilarious. Emily also was very welcoming and wonderful, and the other guy at the shop just as welcoming and kind. I do plan to come back go get tattoos from Taylor again.

The technician went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in working order. I highly recommend them. The cost was lower than a few other places I got quotes from.
I had a cracked undermount Silgranit sink and needed someone to remove it and install a new one. After getting the runaround from several plumbers (either out of area or saying I needed a countertop company), Nick was the only one who came out to give an estimate. He was upfront about the risk of cracking the counters and even tried multiple times to bring in a countertop pro. When that didn’t pan out, he took on the job himself and nailed it. He safely removed the old sink without damaging anything, installed the new one perfectly, and reconnected all the plumbing. Nick was knowledgeable, transparent, efficient, and super easy to work with. I’ll definitely call him again for future plumbing needs.

Installed heated floors in our bathroom but they would not power on. Installer said it was a problem with the equipment. Veteran Electric was the only company willing to actually diagnose the problem. Turned out to be a staple that punctured the electrical wire which they replaced. They got everything working and I brought them back out for additional work.

I usually don’t do reviews. But, this experience with Guaranteed Appliances was incredibly excellent. They went above and beyond to assist us in repairing our Roper dryer. They provided advice on trouble shooting my dryer to ensure I got the correct part. I had to have the part same day and wanted an OEM part rather than the cheaper stuff on Amazon that often fails prematurely. I knew what I would have to pay online to get what I needed which would have taken five to seven business days to arrive. I expected to pay more to get the part same day. I was happily surprised when the correct part was cheaper than the prices I found online for the exact same thing, an OEM heating element. Not only was the price cheaper I had it same day and avoided shipping costs.
If you need parts or help with repairing an appliance I highly recommend Guaranteed Appliance just outside of San Marcos.

We were very impressed with Quality Floors and More. We had over 900 sq ft of engineered hardwood installed, including stairs. Ray was very informative and got us a fair price. Demo and install went smooth. Omar and Juan did an outstanding job! Mess was kept to a minimum during demo (but it is a construction zone). Their attention to detail during install was exceptional. They showed up on time and were very efficient. Those guys are pros!

We are so thankful for the Zach and the entire crew at Five Mile. They did the build out of our veterinary clinic first, and then we asked them to move on to our house. We had some flooding in our house due to poor drainage in our landscaping. Due to our geography and the positioning of our house below grade, it was a difficult problem that required expert engineering. Chad came through and gave us a solid plan that accounted for elevation changes, flow, existing geography, etc. Before we had our work done I would get so stressed any time there was rain in the forecast, even canceling plans more than once so I could stay home to manage drainage. Now I have confidence that the work Chad and crew did will keep our house dry. Brett, Milo, and Vidal were here for a few days and did great, clean work. Our project turned out to be functional and also a beautiful upgrade to our curb appeal. I highly recommend calling Chad and crew for any landscaping work you may need, especially if you have a difficult engineering problem that requires an expert.
I was in & out in 30min for a dental cleaning. I’ve been coming here for a bit now and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait long, which is typically my biggest indicator of if I’m going to like a practice lol. I also like that the rooms all have windows, makes for a more serene environment.

I have waited about 10 years to go to the dentist because I have had such horrible experiences with every dentist I have ever been to and then I found the team at Aqua springs dental a very refreshing change of pace. I have gone here for a cleaning, fillings and to get my wisdom teeth removed and each one of those visits I have been met with kind, nurturing, and compassionate people and practices. My autism makes social interaction and visiting medical establishments difficult and Everyone from the front desk to the dental hygienist, dentist, and oral surgeon has been very accommodating and kind. They answered all my questions, never made me feel silly for needing some extra compassion. The front desk staff is very in-tuned with my anxiety and does a very good job with trying to calm me down and distract me with friendly conversation while I wait. Each dental hygienist has recognized my nervousness and anxiety and has treated me with kindness and have shown me that they care about my feelings and have sat with me and never rushed me along and have spent ample time with me. The dentist has used a tremendous amount of empathy with me and is extremely gentle and loving with her work and did not make me feel uncomfortable and did a wonderful job reassuring me throughout all of my visits. I have recommended this practice to friends and family and even my therapist. I have only experienced fantastic treatment and niceties from every single person at this practice and would highly recommend them to everyone.

The best in the world! We moved to Houston 12 years ago and still miss her! ? We haven't found another chiro yet. The ones we've seen here have been terrible. I'd prefer to travel all the way to San Marcos just to see her!

This place is amazing!
I went in to get a lump on my dog checked and I was told that I accidentally made the appointment for the next week but they were able to do a quick examination of the lump! Took one minute. My dog wasn’t even established as a patient and they still did this. Such a wonderful place. Safe to say I will be going back ❤️

I had a great experience at the Animal Care Center of Hays County. My dog Rifle and his little brother received excellent care here, and I felt completely at ease with the treatment they received. Dr. Sydney Medina is highly skilled and professional, answering all of our questions with expertise. Rifle is usually anxious at the vet, but he was noticeably calmer during this visit. We've been to several different places in the area, and this one is by far the best!
First off! This place is gorgeous and the staff is lovely. The feeling of being in a home surrounded by people that care really puts you at ease. I heard some tough news today with my forever fur baby but this staff made sure to make us comfortable and my doggy’s last days comfortable. Thank you! I won’t ever forget this place. It’s gorgeous inside and out like everyone that works here.
She is the best dog groomer pays attention to every detail and is so good with the dogs. She has taken care of my dogs for a few years now she’s always dependable and on time can’t give her enough reviews.

I've been going to see Liz for the past year now, and i've had nothing but positive experiences. I'm an athletic male with muscles, so i need a massage therapist that is strong and knowledgeable, and Liz is definitely that. She's strong enough to really get in there, but knowledgeable enough to know when to hold back. Besides for being a great massage therapist, she's a very down to earth caring person. I always enjoy our sessions. Highly recommend to anyone looking for pain relief.

Astounding! Amazing! She is a GOAT at her craft! I have had so many massages from different therapists over the years and Katie is hands down the absolute best! She's not only good with her hands, but she is very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body and how to effectively use her tools to cater to each individual. She just melts any tension away and you leave her table feeling brand new. 10/10 would recommend!

No massage therapist/health coach I've ever been too has been as ranged as Tammie is in treatment options. She can help with relaxing massage, or sports/injury massage and treatment. She's also a great health coach that is able to adapt to your unique needs. I'm never going to anyone else.
Even if I only have 20 minutes to stop by for a chair massage, it's still worth it and fabulous. I love this place, these ladies are awesome.
