We had a hot water leak in the foundation. We called Roto Rooter and they came quickly. We especially want to highlight the mitigation crew Daehan’s and Tony who removed damaged flooring and base boards, set up drying equipment and exposed the area that sourced the leak. They we very pleasant and courteous, and always gave us a heads up when they were heading back to recheck equipment and monitor the moisture.
Mark was extremely helpful, patient and explained everything thoroughly for us to make an assessment and solved our problems and concerns! Highly recommend and I’m very grateful for his assistance today, a rainy Sunday at that! Thank you!
Mark did a great fast job and was very knowledgeable. He helped set up a follow up appointment to assess the issue for a permanent fix. He also suggested a senior discount which was very helpful.
