We purchased our washer and dryer new from them and the dryer gets a ton of use (washer too). We had a hiccup and they were quick to come out, troubleshoot and addressed the problem and helped us make a plan so it doesn’t hopefully happen again. Such kind staff and quick effective service.
We had a great experience with Erin at Guaranteed Appliances. She was helpful, with expert-level information about the different models of washer & dryer we were considering & went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend - customer service doesn't get much better than this!
We bought a 2nd hand microwave oven for our office, and it even comes with a guarantee. The price was very reasonable. The service was fantastic so we can recommend this place with pleasure.
