Liz helped get so many knots out of my muscles and I’m able to sleep and get through the day much more easily. She is experienced and explained what she was doing and how the muscles work. Liz provided a comfortable environment and made me feel less nervous for my first massage. I will definitely be coming back!

Located in a wonderful little plaza with restaurants and small shops I have been to see Liz now twice. She is very communicative and attentive to my issues in regards to my troubled areas and focuses on them. I feel like a weight has been lifted! Offering cbd products which I have also had as well. Definitely recommend!
