I just recently moved to the area and did not know or have a Dentist here. I was recommended to this office by a friend. I saw Dr. Van De Walle for my initial consultation. He and his assistant were extremely friendly and highly informative. I have high anxiety when it comes to visiting a dentist. He made my experience a very reassuring and positive one.
Today I had to have a procedure done to remove a tooth but Dr. Van De Walle was out of the office. I was disappointed since I already felt comfortable with him, so I was a little more apprehensive than I usually am. Dr. Tompkins got to perform the procedure. (Lucky Him!) I was relieved that he was extremely friendly and very welcoming. His assistant was also. (I cannot remember her name but, in my anxiety, filled moment, I talked her ear off). They both took my anxiety levels way down. It was a much more pleasant experience than I had anticipated. I felt no pain or discomfort during the procedure. I do not like going to the dentist but after my recent experiences, I do not mind going back here and my nervousness will be a lot less. I am so thankful this office was recommended to me. I feel like I can trust any of the folks in this office. Even the ladies at the front desk are extremely friendly and welcoming. I give this place 2 thumbs up and 5 stars.
