Bill in North Austin was amazing! We had water damage from our washing machine ruin the flooring in our house and had to choose another kind. A forced renovation is not exactly how you imagine changing up things in your home and makes it extremely stressful when you weren’t planning changing flooring but Bill helped us through it all. He was very patient with us as we couldn’t make up our minds with the style of flooring and tile. He made everything less stressful and made me feel at peace throughout the process. And the install team he sent out to our house were incredible. 100% perfectionists and I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and attention to detail. The best decision we ever made throughout this process was hands down choosing floor king!

Reviews
We did a whole home first floor tile renovation of our New Braunfels home (we also did an upstairs bathroom). We worked with Iliana Luna in the San Marcos office, she was amazing and so helpful! We were told it would take 3 weeks and Floor King delivered on the 3 week time line, but more importantly the work was done perfectly. We could not be more please. Especially with our master bathroom shower. It is everything that we wanted.
Had a great experience with Sonny @ Floor King in San Marcos! He was extremely helpful & the store has a great selection of tile. Would highly recommend for your flooring needs.
