“So thankful for STVO! I was happy to be seen without a primary vet referral. I was nervous about the cost considering its specialty services but was actually shocked it was much more affordable! The new patient fee was $225 and medication for my dogs ulcer was $250. They were able to diagnose him a lot quicker than going to a primary and suggested a 5 day follow up. This return visit was $135. I also very much appreciated all of the great knowledge shared on their site. That alone helped in understanding what treatments were available. Im very happy with the care ive received and happy to know i can go back with confidence knowing they give great advice and estimates of procedures“

“Let me start by saying this amazing animal care facility is definitely a five star experience for both you and your fur family members. We rescued a cat and unfortunately were not aware of the issues that come with along with the process. We took our new family member to a vet within the two weeks
Allotted by the animal rescue service. The service cost us over $200 without any vaccinations or medications to be filled. It was a check up. The staff was apathetic, offering no positive feedback. We then found Spring Creek animal Hospital, looking for a better fit for our fur baby. From the moment you walk in the door you will know that it is the place for you to bring your fur baby. The loving care you receive as a family starts at reception, flows through to the assistants, right to the doctor. They listen to our concerns, offered solutions, and most importantly, treated our fur baby like his life and his being had value. The staff is not only kind, but they are also very empathetic and caring. I am so glad that we found this amazing staff and facility. A lot of of times when you have a fur baby that has become such a pivotal part of your family, There are places that take advantage of your love for your fur baby and your lack of knowledge. We have had it happen to us before at other places with other pets. It is often reflected, in the treatment of your fur baby And the exorbitant prices, along with the suggestions of treatment after treatment with no true resolution. This is not that place, If you’re looking for a Veterinarian who will not only treat your pet, but sincerely, and truly cares for their well-being and yours, Spring Creek animal Hospital is where you should be. Follow up phone calls, consultations with the doctors, getting appointments with ease and medication delivery made easy. Empathetic, Kind, caring, loving, and professional. A staff that gives 100% with every patient every day. I hope they know how much we appreciate them and the work they do and how well they do it.“

“I found this place when it came time to say goodbye to my dog of 14 years. From the first phone call to our final goodbye, this office was professional, kind, and compassionate. Each person that interacted with was so wonderful. They treated our situation, both emotional and financial, with grace. They treated my 9 year old son and I like actual people going through something hard rather than strangers there to pay them, unlike other vets I’ve encountered recently.

“Been going for a couple years after my old vet wouldn’t even let us see them take out cats temp. They do so much (as much as they can) with you and your pet together, Techs are so kind and just relieving to know they actually care about your animals, Vet Doctor is down to earth and genuinely cares/remembers your pets! Also, they show you the price before anything is done to make sure it’s in budget and you’re in the know! No payment plans available so keep that in mind BUT they are soooo affordable and don’t price gouge like most vets. Glad to have found y’all and worth driving the 1hr since I moved, should have wrote this review after the 1st appointment :)“

“Our three furry children have been with Dominion Vet for the last 4-5 years. They have always gone above and beyond for our routine puppy-dog needs, serving as a perfect home base for our dogs; an easy 5 star review. Yesterday Dominion vet’s resources and capability was tested beyond what I ever thought possible. My golden doodle (RUTHIE) was violently attacked by another much larger dog, resulting in massive blood loss from bites to her neck. She had little time and was bleeding profusely despite my family efforts at holding pressure. We live nearby, however the 1 mile trek felt like an eternity. Dominion vet was called and alerted of my family’s arrival and frantic state. Upon pulling into the parking lot, the team was ready and waiting in the parking to recover a blood soaked and actively bleeding nearly lifeless Ruthie. The entire team’s response was TV worthy and honestly unexpected from our neighborhood primary care. “CLEAR A TABLE!” Was yelled out from parking lot upon entering the clinic. Doctor Armstrong and Dr. Shaw were immediately on scene and began shouting out orders while also initiating emergent hemorrhage control, volume replacement through immediate IV access, obtaining STAT labs, all while simultaneously coordinating transfer to Mission Vet ER and offering reassurance to my panic-stricken mother. This is the “take over” feeling we all need during times of absolute helplessness. Ruthie needed blood and needed it fast. An employee whose animal was a universal blood donor was called for standby in case Ruthie was delayed in her transfer. Literally cannot believe he selflessness of these people! Upon acceptance and coordination of transfer to Mission Vet, the team saw how distraught my mother was and loaded Ruthie up ( without any question or hesitation) in the facility administrators van and transferred Ruthie themselves to Mission Vet with IV’s running. Ruthie rode accompanied with staff and my mother following. Both Mission vet and Dr Armstrong and Dr Shaw were in constant contact with one another, relaying information to myself and my wife about Ruth’s progress. Upon arrival Ruthie received the blood she needed and responded better than expected, giving her some improved prognosis at life. Her condition remains guarded however she remains in the fight only because of the quick response and expertise of Dominion Vet. My wife and I both work in emergency medicine. This would be considered a perfectly executed code and coordinated transfer to a higher level of care. An absolute perfect combination of professionalism, expertise, leadership, and genuine compassion. We are very great full for your care. A 5 star review simply does not capture the amazing level of care that was provided.“

“I took my dog to get fixed. The intake took about an hour, but the savings on the procedure were worth the extra time. ($500 vs $150ish) The staff was very kind and explained everything. My dog was sent home with a cone and a few days of pain medication. It was a good experience and I would definitely recommend taking your pet here.“

“This is a great place staffed by a caring animal lovers. The space itself is large, open and bright. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating. The doctor who saw my cat was so knowledgeable and gave me and my cat her undivided attention. One veterinarian I saw before her appeared to be in a hurry. He was not personable, gave me a quick hello, looked at my cat's lip and was gone. His attendants took care of the rest. I didn't even get to meet one vet in South S.A.. Never even saw her! I went home to wait, my cat was trapped in his carrier for 4 hours and then she called me on the phone and explained to me what was wrong. I had a hard time understanding her since she had a rather pronounced accent. She said I could come and pick up my cat, which I did. I paid the bill and the receptionist handed over my cat. Towne North doesn't operate this way. They truly care about animals' well-being and comfort as well as the owner's satisfaction. I highly recommend them.“

The staff stayed with her and held her while the doctor examined her. They provided information on the care that was being administered. Despite being busy, she took her time to examine Cheeto, explain what was going on, and answer questions. “I personally work in the veterinary industry but not at this clinic and I still make the trek across town to bring my pets to this clinic. I have seen both Dr Curtis and Dr Montelongo who have been absolutely amazing. Dr Curtis compassionately guided our family through the final stages of palliative care for our boy Chevy. Dr Montelongo is working with us to ensure that our other senior dog remains cancer free. The technicians are FANTASTIC. My standards for veterinary care are very high and this clinic ALWAYS goes above and beyond. I love this clinic.“
