“Absolutely amazing vision center. I called them this morning after endless calls to other places that didn’t take my sons health insurance and the receptionist assumed they took ours and booked us. Well turns out they don’t(Dell children’s is horrible FYI, can’t find a single one in network for the medical portion of vision care!!) and Dr Stiegel told us AFTER the exam that it was no charge and they just wanted to be sure his eyes were okay! I’m beside myself with them! How seriously kind!! Miriam (receptionist) treated my kids like gold showing them around and being so happy to let them occupy the space as children. Such a huge difference from most places these days who are annoyed with kids who have some energy. Overall the absolute BEST experience I’ve ever had. ✨ UPDATE! ✨STAFF AND DOCTOR WAS GREAT AS USUAL. HOWEVER, AFTER PICKING UP MY GLASSES, I AM NOT SURE IF THEY USED THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION OR WHAT, BUT MY GLASSES HAVE FAILED TO CORRECT MY VISION. I WILL BE RETURNING THE GLASSES TO GET THEM CORRECTED OR A REFUND. I HOPE THEY WILL DO ALL THEY CAN TO RESTORE MY CONFIDENCE BECAUSE I TRULY LIKE ADVANCED EYECARE & SURGERY.
