“Absolutely amazing vision center. I called them this morning after endless calls to other places that didn’t take my sons health insurance and the receptionist assumed they took ours and booked us. Well turns out they don’t(Dell children’s is horrible FYI, can’t find a single one in network for the medical portion of vision care!!) and Dr Stiegel told us AFTER the exam that it was no charge and they just wanted to be sure his eyes were okay! I’m beside myself with them! How seriously kind!! Miriam (receptionist) treated my kids like gold showing them around and being so happy to let them occupy the space as children. Such a huge difference from most places these days who are annoyed with kids who have some energy. Overall the absolute BEST experience I’ve ever had. “Everyone is so nice & very customer focused. When I checked in I didn't have my Insurance card or the digital one, but the Receptionist was really sweet & got the ph# & my ID#. She was able to verify my info. over the phone so I was able to keep my appointment. For me that's a big issue especially when your new to the clinic/office. Other places aren't customer friendly or focused. When I was done with my appointment & went outside to check if my ride was there, but when it wasn't there I came back in & sat by the window to wait. I was immediately approached and asked if I had been helped & if I'd like anything to drink. Thanks for the wonderful service!“
