Dr. Carroll is excellent. He is always kind, thorough, listens to patients, and seems to truly care about their experience. Unlike many doctors, he seems to remember me every time I return. I also appreciate that he is patient and acknowledges it can be frustrating for someone when they are really struggling to read something they can't see. I highly recommend him.
I had not had my eyes checked or had a doctor's exam in a few years. I was hesitant about getting my eyes checked but to my delight and surprise the exam was pleasant. Dr. Carroll and his staff were great and they put me at ease with the whole process. His office was highly recommended to me and I will certainly highly recommend them to others!
Dr. Carrol and his staff take the time to listen to you and really make you feel comfortable when you come in for a visit. Dr. Carrol is kind, patient, and friendly. I recommend him to anyone! It’s truly a pleasure to come in every year for my check up with him.
