The first pair of glasses I got here came out wrong. I specifically asked for a prescription in only my right eye and both lenses came out prescription, it takes so long to get the glasses that when it comes out wrong it's quite frustrating. Don't recommend something to someone who doesn't need it, then do it anyways when told they don't want it.I tried to get my prescription from them so I could go get new glasses somewhere else and that was a pain in the butt. I'm trying to log into the patient portal but all I get is a 404 message.At this point I will just go somewhere else. Frantic Dad moment; so this morning, I made an urgent appointment for my son (he's 10 years old) at Round Rock Eyes; we were placed on Dr. Quintanilla schedule immediately.What happened: well, after a weekend camping trip that included a fire pit, apparently there was some aluminum shrapnel that seeped out from the fire (maybe from an aluminum can, foil or something similar) and got embedded in his eye. I went for a standard eye exam to get a new prescription. Everyone there was nice and kind, but I've never in my 30 years of having eye exams have had so many things go wrong.My prescription from my current glasses was read wrong and another patient's eye measurements was some how attached to my chart which meant I did an entire eye exam I constantly mentioning that I was seeing double or the letters were skewed.I ended up showing them my current prescription just so we could get close to what I needed.Once they redid the machine portion of the exam and redid the eye exam the Dr. Was going to send me on my way, but I asked how my axis in my left eye moved so dramatically...read full review
