I rarely write reviews, but the exceptional service I received from TemperaturePro deserves recognition. From the excellent communication when scheduling the appointment to the thorough diagnosis yesterday; then, to more than four hours of difficult repair work today in over 100 degrees. The entire experience was outstanding.
The technician was highly skilled, patient, respectful, and professional throughout. He took the time to explain what he was doing and treated my home (and my dog) with great care. His attitude and dedication to doing the job correctly were truly impressive.
Excellent work and excellent service from start to finish. I would highly recommend this… read full review

Alec is great, personable, and always has a smile on his face. Even with these 100 degree temperatures. He replaced the capacitor on my outside unit. He was time efficient and cleaned up any trash he had. Because as we all know some service people don’t take their trash.
