Infinity Air Conditioning of Austin took care of a customer in a dire situation quickly, affordably, carefully, and with honesty. A technician was efficient, friendly, and professional, providing speedy help. Another technician was assigned to a warranty request after the first two technicians did not do a good job. He was sympathetic with the AC not working in soaring temperatures. He changed the compressor, but it did not fix the issue, so he ordered a part and came back, working over two hours in the hot attic. The process took 3-4 weeks, and he was very responsive on text messages. A customer has used a technician exclusively for AC repair for 3 years, performing repairs and installing a complete new system. He is professional, hard working, knowledgeable, responsive, and most of all honest. Highly recommended.
Chad was the technician assigned to my warranty request to take care of an issue with one of my AC units not working. He was the third Technician assigned after the first 2 Technicians did not do a good job. He was sympathetic to the state I was in, with the AC not working with the temperatures soaring over 100 in Texas. Changing the compressor also did not fix the issue. Chad had to order a part from Carrier and came back to put the part on which took more than 2 hours of work in the hot attic. The whole process took around 3-4 weeks due to the parts availability and Chad was very responsive all along on Text messages. Heartfelt thanks to Chad. Highly recommend.
I have used Chad exclusively for AC repair the past 3 years. He has performed both repairs and installed a complete new system. I have been extremely happy with all aspects of his work. Chad was recommended by a friend of my wife's and so I called him on a Sunday and he called right back. He took the time to help me troubleshoot an issue with a thermostat I was trying to install myself. He took the time with me on the phone as I went into the attic and opened the panel and walked me right to the issue. Very professional and went way beyond what most people would do. It was a $3 fuse, that was it. I never would have figured it out without his expertise. We will call him for any and all HVAC issues. That's real integrity. Thanks again, sir!!!
