First, let me point out that I'm very distrustful of contractors, because well you've heard nightmare stories. We've even learned how to do many things ourselves, so we wouldn't have to deal with contractors. Installing carpet was too big of a project to DIY! We did our research and the reviews were great for Carpet Now, so we decided to trust them, and we're glad we did! They installed new carpet in one room in January 2026 and we were so happy with those results that we had them to do three other rooms in July 2026. Great experience. We were able to get a quote easily and get on the schedule quickly. The guys installing the carpet were very friendly and respectful and got the job done fast. Carpet looks great! Really good service from start to finish. No complaints at all. We would recommend them.
