Happened to find Andrea with Elegant flooring after searching Google for a very specific engineered flooring make/model. I left a generic inquiry online and she followed up immediately. She confirmed that she had the specific flooring we were looking for and at a steep discount relative to other vendors across the country. Turned out she was in the metroplex which made pick up and delivery very convenient. Our installer Mia-measured a few times so we ended up having to order additional quantities three more times but Andrea facilitated each request.
