“I am happy with the end product, however I was not communicated with very well. I had to call to know if my carpet came in, had to call to get on their schedule, and was never given a confirmation that they were in fact coming when they said they would (I also had to call to confirm). Normally, I wouldn't need so many confirmations, but the carpet installation on the critical path to be able to move into my new home. They were also over an hour late for the install and I was the first of the day. All would have been totally fine if I was given a simple status update call. I understand they are a family owned business, but a call to update me would have been very much appreciated!
Installation looks great and they are definitely the most reasonably priced in the area.”
