I have used them a couple times. Products, prices, and services are great. My only issue was there was an installation issue and I had to keep following up to get it fixed. I don't think it was their fault, but the contractors they hired. It's the same with many business' though. The customer has to keep following up and that's my only complaint. Once there's an issue, and the business knows, they should be following the follow up.

The installers were great, very professional and helpful, but they still haven't resolved a small complaint, after they were paid in full. I fell like I have no recourse, because they're not responding.
