“Take this for what it is worth; I don't live in Texas and no one in CA would sell me 2 boxes of flooring. If you aren't buying a larger quantity they wont go out of their way for such small orders. The consideration most businesses show you is artificial or skin deep at best so the next time you find a friend in a room full of people that sell flooring, tell her I said hello! Andrea and co. were the only establishment willing to sell a couple of boxes of flooring and that little bit of consideration is all you need sometimes to get by. The quote I got from Elegant was 20% more affordable when compared to the businesses that would even consider selling smaller quantities. When I realized I ordered the wrong model flooring, Andrea AGAIN pulled the right strings and got me out of a situation.
