I had to call to know if my carpet came in, had to call to get on their schedule, and was never given a confirmation that they were in fact coming when they said they would (I also had to call to confirm). Normally, I wouldn't need so many confirmations, but the carpet installation on the critical path to be able to move into my new home. They were also over an hour late for the install and I was the first of the day. All would have been totally fine if I was given a simple status update call. I understand they are a family owned business, but a call to update me would have been very much appreciated!<br><br>Installation looks great and they are definitely the most reasonably priced in the area.”

When I called Artisan, Dan answered the phone promptly & arranged to take a look the next day. He knew it was a tough project, but was willing to help me out & accepted the job and we had it scheduled in short order. He kept me informed as to when his crew would be there, with notification when they were on their way. He & his crew were diligent & certainly know their stuff. They explained the process fully and were done quickly, cleaning up thoroughly when they were done. The finished product is stunning. I'm not sure if any other contractor would have taken the project, much less doing such a great job. We are so pleased with the outcome & Dan and his crew!”

Morgan showed up on time, but I was running late due to work. She was easily able to accommodate providing an estimate for me without my presence, as I was able to open my garage remotely. “Adrian's Flooring, Kitchen & Bath did a bathroom remodel and converted the other bathroom into what we called a power room.<br><br>The Bathroom has a large step-in shower with a hand held wand, rain shower, and a shower seat and two grab bars. Also replace the commode with a 32 inch, and a custom cabinet, sink with large mirror.<br><br>The other bathroom was redone by removing the bathtub, commode, and sink and old cabinet with a new 32 inch commode and new custom cabinet and sink and large mirror.<br><br>They repainted entire inside of the house.<br>they did what they said they would do, and we are 100% satisfied, with their work.<br><br>If I ever need something else done I will be contacting them and would recommend Adrian's Flooring to anyone who needs remodel work.<br><br>I would give the company 5 stars.”

New baseboards and I liked the quality of their work so much we added a backsplash in our kitchen. they were really good about working with us when it comes to moving big furniture and us being in and out of the house we needed to be out of the house for about a week and a half to two weeks but that’s because we added multiple additional jobs like painting and backsplash. Ron is extremely easy to work with. He also took care of one of our rentals in my parents at the same time.
