“Ramon came out yesterday to replace a pressure regulator valve, and needed to come back today to replace a malfunctioning water softener. Because we had a full schedule, (today) Ramon asked if it would be ok to arrive earlier than normal business hours to accommodate our already scheduled appointments. How amazing is that!
