Friendly service and followed up to ensure service after what I am sure was a crazy week. Of course I call them during the freeze, because I was not prepared being in a new home and finding all the weaknesses of it….after it happens. I appreciate locally owned organization that has the integrity to do what they say and follow through! God bless them!

Called for help with replacing a water heater. The ladies answering the phones were very professional, easy to talk to, and took my situation to heart. They communicated with me, regularly, to help me get an appointment set up as early as possible. The two men who came to my house to do the work were professional as well. They took there time answering my questions, they made sure to check their work, and communicated with me about what was going on. Amazing - we will never use anyone else. We bought a house built in the 80s that had previously been a rental, so it has a lot of landlord specials hidden in the walls. We’ve spent a lot of time, and money, fixing things that were just done wrong.I called Culpepper to service our water heater, and diagnose a weird smell in our guest bathroom. It intermittently smelled like someone ate eggs, pooped their pants, and then died in there.I was convinced it was the roof vent, and Culpepper’s team members humored me and climbed in the attic.
