“This was the third time I’ve had the guys from Aloha out to the house. Ethan and Zeke were both so helpful with the stuff I needed done — 1. Potential clog, 2. New dishwasher install with water line shutoff. Both Ethan and Zeke went above and beyond to explain the issues they found and we walked through plans to get them addressed (roots and an electrical issue). I greatly appreciate the time they took, including politely listening to the random stories of how we ended up at this juncture in life. ** I did tell them to let me know how I could be of assistance, even if that meant just being out of the way. ? The pipe with roots is under concrete, so that will be a tax-money repair — but I will definitely be calling Randy to get back on their schedule for that to be fixed!”
