Very impressed with the service. Mr. Swain is courteous and efficient, caring for our home by wearing protective shoe covering and cleaning up the space afterwards. Also, super quick response time from initial contact. Definitely recommend!

I had him over to install a toilet and also to install some updated plumbing for my kitchen sink. He arrived on time and did the job. I thought the price was reasonable. I had an incident recently where I needed someone to come look at something soon. My hot water heater was making loud noises and dumping water out the drainage pipe. Being a new homeowner I'd never experienced this before. I called him twice, and also texted. Didn't get a response until the next day, after I'd already scheduled service with another company. I called him around 6:15 pm, which I realize is after hours. I only mention this because maybe he's not the one to call in an emergency, or even a perceived emergency. (The issue ended up being my water pressure regulator.)But I'd absolutely recommend him if you need some planned work done.
