All the negative reviews here made me worry from seeing any doctors or specialists for years till my doctor for decades passed. Now my current doctor stopped accepting my health care provider so I had no choice. Had to drive an hour there but most of the time traffic is normal. There are 2 additional toll-freeways to get there compare to just 1 and 1 back road years ago. Other than the psychologist not providing me work excuse letter, this facility has been 5 stars. They call back for follow-up appointments, and you can directly communicate with any of your doctors via VA emails. Meds refill notifications via text or personal email. Staff and visitors treat each other with respect. Lab work does not require an appointment, but there is usually a wait for service at the lab. There's quite a bit of staff turnover, especially with primary care physicians. This location does not have facilities for cardiac pacemaker checkups, or for cataract surgery; those are at the Temple location.

The facility is really nice and clean. The staff were really helpful and I didn't feel like a burden. Happy to come back for more nedical treatment here. Seems like they legitimately care.
