Had a visit and I was shocked by how efficient this clinic was. I feel like anytime I visit a doctors office, I sit in the room forever before being seen. Nope not here!
The front desk staff were super nice. I sat in the waiting room for maybe 2-3 minutes and then maybe another 3 minutes waiting for the dr. Wonderful! Dr. GOPALAN was very kind and explained everything to me.
Iram was 10/10. I had to get blood drawn and I hate needles. I told him of my fear and he was not only kind, gentle and reassuring…. He made this experience for me so much easier!! Thank you Iram!

I have met with Dr Sujeong Kim a handful of times between my two kids. She is always kind, attentive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I know my kids are in great hands when I meet with her. I always appreciate the time and attention she dedicates to us as clients! She takes my concerns seriously while also easing my anxieties. She truly goes above and beyond with providing excellent care!
Also, as a side note in response to a previous reviewer’s comments about newborn vaccines - our children did not get the Hep B vaccine and so far all of the doctors we’ve seen at ARC, Dr Kim included, have been very respectful of our decision. My baby is also on an organic formula… read full review

It was a great visit. I enjoyed speaking to her. She has heard my questions. It was just shortened because I got a phone call and I was misdirected and I couldn’t get her back, but hopefully she’ll follow through with what we talked about.
