“When I bought my first battery online I was like, hum. When I installed the battery, it has the power to start anything. You'll notice the first time you start your car and how fast it turns over. And my other hum was how is this going to work if my battery fells me. Well the wife's battery was dead one evening, she drives it once or twice a month. I contacted the company thru their website, entered my information and the next business day I had a response asking a few questions and a picture of the battery on a volt meter and the next day I received a email that they would either send me a new battery free of charge or give me a full refund since the battery was under 1 year, it was at 10 months. I took the battery and within 2 days I had a new battery on my door steps. Never had to leave the house to pick one up. Awesome customer service“

“This is a super nice VA facility. I've relocated from Indiana to Austin and they have taken such good care of me since I've been here. They got me right in when I needed to get medicines that I was out of. They let me see a doctor when I needed to. They even help me get paperwork together for the state of Texas that's required for me for being handicapped. It's a wonderful VA clinic. I highly recommend it to any vet and the people. There are absolutely wonderful. I would like to add that this Austin VA clinic has so many handicap parking spaces available for us veterans. I have never seen so many handicap parking spaces at a VA clinic or hospital in my life and I've been to several. The Austin VA clinic must have over 100 or around that many. I can always find a close parking spot when I go there. This is an excellent facility. It's top notch. It's very clean. It's very orderly and there are security staff there the whole time. They are open and they are wonderful people too. They always speak and welcome you. They are just a bunch of great guys and gals everybody that works at the pharmacy and the help desk and the clinic. Walk-in clinic that is are just wonderful doctors and nurses and helpers. I cannot say enough good things about this VA. I am so grateful and thankful that I have this VA to go to for my health needs. I highly extremely recommend this VA to all veterans just passing through or living here in Austin area.
