Before I booked roto rooter I read reviews, everyone said Patrick was great, I just found out how great he is. He worked his butt off to get a a tough clog cleared out for me. He very well might me the best Plummer in east Texas, definitely a hard working one wanting to come through for his customers. I had a hard time with previous Plummer that was trying to scam me into turning this into a very expensive job. Thanks Patrick and roto rooter. Ill be a customer for life.
Patrick, the man who fixed my house, was not only thoroughly knowledgeable, but was very courteous. He explained in detail, including drawing a diagram of my pipes, so I would understand my problem & how he was going to repair it. Just thankful he was sent to my house today.
