The employees are polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and prompt. The owner is very involved, and the ladies answering the phone are sweet and helpful. Customers have been pleased with their work every time, noting the workers are clean, capable, and fair with pricing. They have handled jobs in narrow attics and emergency issues within the hour. The company has been trusted since 2003, and customers recommend them for any plumbing needs. We had them come out to replace a water heater and prepare dripping faucets. They came out the same day and did everything we asked. The quality of their work was excellent! I would recommend Richard Holt Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.
Jacob, Nathaniel and Micah came out and replaced our hot water heater, which is pretty routine, except ours is in the attic and the attic door is narrow. They were polite and professional and knocked out the job in around 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Richard Holt Plumbing.
Have used needed them a handful of times this past February and March and every time they were amazing! The owner is very involved, the ladies that take the phone calls are very sweet and helpful! And the men that come out are also very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt!
