I own a clinic for children with Autism and these men were so kind during their time at our facility. A student came out, excited to have gone "potty on the potty" and while still working on the plumbing issue, the 2 plumbers cheered for him and gave him lots of praise. We will definitely continue to use them.

We did a home remodel in 2021 and Arrow Plumbing installed faucets, toilets, water heater, water filtration, and connected the gas to our generator. Arrow Plumbing did an AMAZING job. Approximately seven months later, we noticed a gas smell near the generator. I called the office and spoke with Lexie. She was so kind and helpful. She assured me they would come and check the generator and within a few days Jon came out to inspect the generator. A leak was detected and Jon was so kind and explained how he was going to repair the leak. Once repaired, he tested the connections and no other leak was detected.We HIGHLY recommend Arrow Plumbing. Kip and his staff worked on a complicated issue with our tankless water heater under warranty. They received no labor compensation from the manufacturer but ended up with a replacement after the manufacturer gave in after they worked 12 hours as the manufacturer Navien insisted it could be repaired.
