“After a major water leak that ended up requiring foundation work, John Conroy was a huge help getting everything put back together. What impressed me most was that he wasn't trying to sell us things we didn't need. He showed us what flooring could be saved, helped us pick out the new carpet, and then somehow got it delivered and installed incredibly fast.

He also went way beyond the flooring—fixing loose stonework that had become a trip hazard and repairing shower tile damaged during the foundation work. Incredible service and high-quality work. I can't recommend John enough!“

“This has been a great experience in getting a home project completed - concrete coating of garage floor and front and back patios. Dealing with staff (Cory (I believe owner but was out helping right by Colby’s side), Michael (scheduling and keeping me updated), and Colby (prepping, applying, sealing, and anything in between)) - All the guys have been amazing and could not ask for more. They do what they say, and when they say. Concrete coating outside definitely depends on Mother Nature, but they still got it all completed. Love the coating!!! “The team at All American Flooring were great to work with. Our project was handled by Mohamed who was incredibly professional, accommodating and very responsive. We ran into an issue with excessive moisture which delayed the installation by a few days, but the team handled it all in stride and knocked out our entire house, minus bathrooms and kitchen, in a couple of days. I can't say enough about the hard working crew that showed up for the install – they too were very professional, friendly and experts at their craft. “I’m a bit of a clean freak and wanted the carpets sanitized after flu season hit our house. Carpet Masters used a disinfectant treatment and now the place feels fresh again. Gave me real peace of mind.“

“I take pride in doing as much research as possible on just about everything, whether consumed, practiced, or purchased. I like to be informed, and I like to know at least the bare minimum about a subject before I trust what someone could promise me is the “best” version of something. I did about two weeks worth of research not only on companies, but also methods and products used. I am by no means a professional or an expert on floor coatings, but I do think that I know enough to make sure that I’m getting the best result and service for my money. Not only did Jon answer all my questions, but from the research that I did, he knew exactly what he was talking about.One of the differences I noticed when comparing vendors is that Jon actually has quite a few more colors than a lot of the companies out there. If you do any research of your own, you’ll find that there are hundreds of different types of epoxies and materials that could be used to get the final product you’re looking for. I talked to about a dozen companies and while they were all really great at what they offered, they were all about 10 to 15% more expensive, for about the same thing.Jon made the process extremely easy. From scheduling to actually getting the job done while I was not there.I’m a firm believer that someone’s energy is extremely important, and especially when you are allowing them in your home. I felt completely comfortable around Jon. Thor, the golden retriever, agreed. He was so polite and serviceable. If you’re on the fence about it, I can understand why, but I’d like this review to really speak on the fact that I was very careful and diligent in picking a company to get this job done. I’m glad I picked Versatile Coatings. I have a rental property I bought a couple years ago, and I paid someone $1000 to do my garage coating with a DIY kit….mind you, that house is literally only 2 years old, and it looks nothing like this.
