It's just beautiful!! Love our new carpet. QT really cares about his client. Patient and takes time to show and talk about options. No pressure. His guys did a fantastic job with install and we definitely made the right choice after looking at several flooring stores.

Hands down, excellent customer service, amazing quality of materials and installation, and incredibly quick completion time. Wouldn’t ever consider another company.QT listened to how I planned to live in my house and with whom and made his recommendations for the flooring that could withstand it all. Who knew laminate flooring actually withstands dog paw scratches better than vinyl these days?His crew worked tirelessly to demo the existing tile and carpet, level the floor, install the new flooring, and install new baseboards. ‘I need you to trust me’, he said. Some of QT’s first words to me. Anyone that knows me, knows I trust no-one, until you give me a reason too. While leery, I did decide to trust him, letting my guard down, and it was the BEST decision I could have made. We had a flood 1/10, which displaced us from our home for 7 months. We decided to take full advantage, and not only fix what was ruined, but do some major improvements. We removed all carpet throughout the entire house, and replaced with the most amazing, beautiful floors (water and scratch resistant). We knocked out a wall that divided the dining room and kitchen, allowing our entire downstairs to be open concept....read full review
