“Received care from Dr. Moosa clear lake office. He is kind and attentive. He took the time to listen to my medical concerns and a did a thorough assessment. He asked questions to get a better historical background leading up to my medical problem to better treat me. He is very knowledgeable about wound care and he knew exactly how to help me, resulting in a healed wound!“

“Dr. Perez is amazing, however his staff is not. This is the third time now that I've had to wait or make several calls or trips for refills on medications that were already approved by Dr Perez himself. Honestly I'm beginning to find them quite incompetent. Just today myself and my pharmacy called to get the go ahead for a prescription refill that the doctor approved 2 weeks ago. I had also called 2 other times earlier this week to prevent this exact issue. Now they're closed, they never called the pharmacy back so I have to go to the office Monday morning and find out what the issue is this time. Very frustrating and unprofessional. EDIT: I received a call from staff where everything was cleared up. I truly appreciate that they took the time out to call me and explain everything. I also appreciate that they cared enough to call and make sure everything was understood and fixed.“

At the front desk, some are very rude, the gastrointerologist nurses never return calls and do not answer regularly, they transfer calls, appointments are very sporadic, very rarely. I was able to get an appointment nearby. Because of this I had to go to the hospital. And much more.“

“Wonderful place in Baytown! Free Pool nights for children every month lately and low impact aerobics for my parents have been a blessing. My son was able to attend affordable price twice a week to DAY HAB there for young adults with disabilities called Opportunity Center. Pick up also affordable!! My parents stopped going because they got a little lazy but they miss it and hope they go back soon because they feel the difference in their body. My mom lost 10 lbs. and joints hurt less when she was going to water aerobics.. I celebrate you all for leaving the house and doing the work it takes to care for your bodies!! Our whole family needs to work on that!! Love this place.“
