After St Lukes in Houston messed up on my sons Neuro Shunt surgery & not even a week out of surgery and showing signs something wasnt right. God guided me to UTMB Webster. Went in thru the ER, the whole Process was Amazing. The Nurses, Drs, Neuro Drs team & Staff were all Great from the ER room to the 4th floor stay to the ladies at front desk of the Hospital..A Big Thank you to Neuro Dr Patrick Karas for fixing my Boy!

I was hesitant to come due to past experiences in other clinics, but Mrs. Danielle really took her time with me in hearing me, and allowing me to express my medical history to her. I felt seen, heard and taken care of. Thank you to Nikki and Sandra who provided care to me as well. Great service.
