The doctors, medical staff, pharmacy staff and front desk are exceptional. The only issues I have had pertain to the security team and medical records department. They seem to be "put out" when you ask them for help sometimes showing a lack of respect and courtesy. In addition, the handicap van accessible space to the right of the main entrance is no longer used as a handicap space yet there is absolutely no indication of this other than a cone. I am certain that this is not legal and I will be reaching out to an ADA specialist.There are only 4 total handicap spaces for the entire clinic.
I have always gotten good health care here ???, the doctors and nurses and staff are wonderful!!!! ESPECIALLY DOCTOR ABOUGHALI AND HIS NURSES. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK HATS OFF TO YOU ALL.
Dr. Abu Ghali and his staff are really amazing and knowledgeable. I don't live in Baytown and was hesitant to go to a medical facility there, but since my first visit with Dr. Abu Ghali, that became the only place to go to.
