UT Physicians Family Practice - Bayshore provides compassionate and holistic care to patients. The staff, including doctors and nurses, are superb and greet patients with a smile. Doctors are caring, genuinely interested, and take a personalized approach to healthcare, making patients feel confident and valued. This practice goes above and beyond to provide tailored care, earning loyalty and trust from patients. Recently, there have been improvements in organization and phone handling, which have been appreciated by some patients. However, there are still concerns about appointment scheduling, with reports of difficulty reaching the office by phone or getting responses to online requests. Despite these challenges, many patients remain grateful for the exceptional care provided by the doctors at this practice.
Everybody is always exceptionally nice courteous and pleasant to be around. I never feel like I’m being rushed even if I am late they don’t hurry me and as soon as I get there, they will take care of me and Twee has always been so Johnny on the spot about everything with me I have kept her as my PCP for almost 15 years. She’s doing something right cause I’m still kicking and her new helper Stephen he is exceptionally nice thank you.
My PCP is Kaila Saxe, NP and she is amazing. I feel so fortunate to have found her. She listens, never hurries you, and makes great suggestions. She is so down to earth and so very knowledgeable. This is the first caregiver that I've had that I actually find myself looking forward to my appointment. I consider finding her a gift. 😇
