The medical care is good. At the front desk, some are very rude, the gastrointerologist nurses never return calls and do not answer regularly, they transfer calls, appointments are very sporadic, very rarely. I was able to get an appointment nearby. Because of this I had to go to the hospital. And much more.
Kelsey-Seybold has always been excellent at helping me with my appointments and needs but with the new ownership this year their highly proactive stance has somewhat changed this year under the new regime.
I hope this changes soon and they go back to their previous stance and return to the excellent clinic they were.
Lastly, please connect with a great Hospital system I can go to and receive care if I need further surgery or not. They don’t have a permanent Hospital that they’re affiliated with other than CHI St Luke’s that I know of and this needs to change.
