It was easy to schedule, I was called in quickly, wheel-chaired everywhere, staff was pleasant and helpful, x ray was taken gently and I was given a shield to protect the lap. Overall, good experience and happy I went there instead of anywhere else.
Excellent service. The receptionist was very informative and patient. The nurse was very thorough and kind as well! Lastly, doctor Derek covered all of our questions and then some. Everyone truly went above and beyond. My daughter and I left feeling well informed and taken care of. We will be returning for any other urgent needs. Highly recommend this location!
Seriously cannot say enough about this particular NextCare Urgent care! If I could leave 100 stars for 100% happy patient every time I would Lol I’ve been going to this facility for years now.
