This is yes and no answer. First time to visit saw nurse practitioner (Male) who was aggressive with treatment plan and knew exactly what I needed. MA was professional and polite. No issues. Second visit- called to see who provider was -really wanted same one as last time as he knew his stuff, and to see if they had XR capabilities. On hold 17 minutes with CS - not this location. Was told we can’t tell you who the provider is for their safety. What a bunch of crap- When you go to Dr X’s office you know you’re gonna see Dr. X. Why so secretive. So we head over only to learn they do have XR but no tech. Read other reviews and this seems to be an issue. Total waste of time. I don’t like that there is no doctor and they will not disclose who the provider is. I also don’t like that you can’t call the facility directly and your only option is to wait on hold FOREVER!! Front desk staff are very nice but CS is not !!

My experience was absolutely amazing from the time I walked in until I left. I got there about an hour before they closed and not one time did anyone make me feel like I was being rushed. Great customer service, and everyone was very attentive especially the nurse and doctor (Stephanie). If I could rate it 10 stars I would!
Dr. Derrick was really kind and caring. The staff was upbeat, gentle, and understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids that wants their little ones to feel welcomed, heard, and cared for.
