“Let me tell you about this EXCEPTIONAL business, our A/C stopped blowing cold air late on Sunday night. We called many other mainstream A/C repair businesses and not one would come out ASAP!! We called R2 and they responded immediately they sent their Tech named Juke. He showed up within 30 minutes, repaired the issue and made sure everything even in the attic was performing up to spec. He was a good worker and wanted to make sure we were pleased. To top it off the next day the owner called and followed up, now that is great customer service.
