BCI Mechanical is an outstanding HVAC company. I use their twice per year contract for spring and fall system checks/tune ups. Dustin came out this morning for my heating check. He called and let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. His appearance and demeanor were very professional and he checked my systems quickly. He gave me a verbal after inspection report and reviewed all problems that he found (none). He is a pleasant and competent service rep who reflects highly on BCI. I strongly recommend Dustin and BCI Mechanical for all HVAC needs.

So thankful we had Dustin come to our home to inspect our heating system. Due to his thoroughness he found some serious issues requiring a system replacement. He helped us choose the best option and scheduled the work. Dylan, Chris and the crew replaced everything as scheduled and took the time to show us the system making sure we understood the new technology.
