Kenneth came out on Sunday! Gave a quick estimate to fix a stubborn bathtub faucet (I thought I could fix in five minutes) that was welded to the pipe. Gave a fair estimate, came out the next morning and did the work. Put in a better Delta faucet and handle than those cheap acrylic ones. Fast, courteous and professional. Local business too, which I prefer.
Fantastic service! Main water leak noticed at 5pm, called several of the big companies and no one answered. Called Brown and Son's next and Ken picked up quickly. He was at our house in 30 minutes, diagnosed the leak, created a quick, workable plan and fixed it just as he said he would. Provided pictures post work and left the area better than he found it.
Hard to find great, local companies like this one! Will definitely call them again for future needs!
I had a pipe burst at 2am on a Saturday morning. I called at 9am and they arrived within the hour. Had the problem fixed in about 2.5 hrs. Very knowledgeable and no BS. Got right to the problem. Very friendly and respectful. Price was extremely reasonable. I don’t give reviews but had to sign on here and give a huge thanks for coming out on a holiday weekend and doing such a great job. Thank you Ken!! You are the best
